  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • During high-demand periods, launches, or festive seasons, dispatch timelines may vary slightly
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Shipping Charges

  • ₹100 shipping charge on orders below ₹600
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1500

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.

Approximate delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote locations: May require additional time

Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver across India. However, certain pin codes may be unserviceable due to logistics limitations of our third-party logistics provider.

If your area is not serviceable, our team will notify you regarding the same.


Non-Delivery Areas

Orders placed with unserviceable pin codes may be canceled.

In such cases:

  • Customers will be informed regarding the cancellation
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method

Tracking Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Incorrect addresses or contact details may lead to delivery delays or failed deliveries.

After dispatch, customers can track their shipment using the tracking link shared by our courier partner.

Packaging

We take care to pack all products securely to maintain freshness and product quality during transit.

Slight external packaging wear caused during transportation may occasionally occur and does not necessarily affect the product inside.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant photos or videos for review.
